500g bag of plant-based seafood bits. A versatile protein, fibre, and iron rich meat alternative that can easily absorb the flavour of any recipe. 

• Vegan (of course)

Shelf stable. Just add water! Mix 1 part kiss the cod with 2 parts water by weight. Leave for 5 minutes to rehydrate. Then cook and season as desired!

Each bag yields 1.5kg when reconstituted!
