Product Description

500g bag of soy based meat chunks. A versatile protein, fibre, and iron rich meat alternative that can easily absorb the flavour of any recipe. 

  • Vegan (of course)
  • Gluten-free
  • Zero cholesterol 
  • High Fiber

Shelf stable. Just add water! Mix 1 part so-yay chunks with 3 parts water by weight. Leave for 5-8 minutes to rehydrate. Then cook and season as desired!

Each bag yields 2kg when reconstituted!
