425g canned vegan calamari, made from mushrooms! Ready to cook, just batter it and fry (or bake) it for a delicious appetizer. We like it served with a spicy dipping sauce, and a lemon wedge. You can also skip the batter, and grill it or steam it, for adding to meals like paella or "seafood" pasta.
