Local and organic tofu, marinated in our maple and garlic sauce, then tossed in nutritional yeast and pan-fried until golden brown. Topped with pickled red onion, shredded carrot, cucumber, and mixed greens. Between two pieces of local multigrain bread, slathered with vegan mayo.
