A hearty and flavourful casserole, high in protein and even higher in deliciousness! This is a "tex-mex" style dish, featuring organic gluten-free noodles, loaded with organic spiced lentil meat, cheese sauce, veggies, black beans and corn.
Ingredients: organic noodles made from quinoa and brown rice, organic brown lentils, organic black beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, house-made Carrot Cheese Sauce (carrots, nutritional yeast, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt), spices.
Frozen take and bake product. Made in-house. Gluten and soy-free. 2-3 servings.
Defrosted (recommended): Thaw overnight in the fridge. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake on middle oven rack for 45 minutes, or until hot throughout.
From frozen: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake on middle oven rack for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until hot throughout.
Microwave: Thaw overnight in the fridge. Transfer the whole casserole or just one portion to a microwave safe container and heat until hot throughout.
