A hearty and flavourful casserole, high in protein and even higher in deliciousness! This is a "tex-mex" style dish, featuring organic noodles, loaded with organic spiced lentil meat, cheese sauce, veggies, black beans and corn.
*We now offer two sizes, made with different noodles. The small size is our gluten-free version, which is made with organic quinoa and brown rice noodles. It is one serving. The large size is made with organic whole wheat noodles, and it is 2-3 servings.

Ingredients: organic noodles, organic brown lentils, organic black beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, house-made Carrot Cheese Sauce (carrots, nutritional yeast, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt), spices.
Frozen take and bake casserole. Fully cooked. Made in-house.
From frozen (Large Size): Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake on middle oven rack for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until hot throughout. (To shorten the cooking time you can thaw the product first)
From frozen (Small Size): Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake on middle oven rack for 40 minutes or until hot throughout. (To shorten the cooking time you can thaw the product first)
Microwave: Thaw overnight in the fridge. Transfer the whole casserole or just one portion to a microwave safe container and heat until hot throughout.
