500g package of organic silken tofu, produced in Quebec. Silken tofu is best for blending into sauces, soups or smoothies, or making creamy dressings. It can also be used for sweet recipes like puddings and cakes!
Note: You don't press or fry this type of tofu, it is very soft. If you're looking for a more firm tofu for cooking or frying, try our locally made Acadiana Soy Tofu.
