375ml jar of organic, raw, unpasteurized, kimchi - with enzymes and probiotics from natural fermentation. Inspired by a traditional Japanese recipe, this kimchi is loaded with organic vegetables and crushes chilies. Slowly fermented to bring out it's natural goodness, kimchi makes an excellent edition to your favourite savoury dish.
