Our version of a tuna casserole - made with jackfruit instead of fish! We add a pinch of sea weed for that hint of ocean flavour. Creamy and savoury, with diced vegetables and peas, and topped with shredded vegan mozza and bread crumbs.
Ingredients: tri-coloured rotini (wheat noodles with spinach and tomato powder), organic jackfruit, onion, cashews, carrot, celery, peas, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, seaweed, shredded vegan mozza, bread crumbs, dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper.
1 serving. Fully Cooked. Frozen product.
Thaw first, remove the lid and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 350 until hot throughout (approximately 25-30 mins). You can also heat it in the microwave - transfer to a microwave safe container first!
