1.5lb bag of organic dark brown sugar, produced by Wholesome Sweeteners. This is a moist and rich sugar, with a deep molasses flavour, perfect for baking and BBQ recipes. This product is fair trade certified, non-GMO and gluten-free. Rich in flavour, and ethically produced, this sugar is our go-to for making sweet sauces, or chewy ginger cookies.
