Chick'n Pesto Bake
Plant-based chick'n and potatoes, loaded with fresh pesto, shredded mozza, and sun-dried tomato. Then topped with cashew parmesan and bread crumbs.
Ingredients: potatoes, non-GMO soy chick'n, vegan mozza, sun-dried tomato, nutritional yeast, fresh basil, spinach, gluten-free brown rice bread crumbs, lemon juice, cashews, garlic, sea salt, pepper.
1 serving. Fully Cooked. Frozen product. Gluten-free.
Thaw first, remove the lid and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 350 until hot throughout (approximately 30 mins). We suggest taking the lid off for the last 5-10 mins to crisp up the bread crumbs. You can also heat it in the microwave - transfer to a microwave safe container first!
