Cheezy Bolognese Casserole
Rotini noodles in a house-made cheezy and meaty sauce bolognese sauce (dairy-free and vegan of course), topped with extra shredded mozza and cashew parmesan. Very similar to lasagna!
Ingredients: tri-coloured rotini (wheat noodles with spinach and tomato powder), tomatoes, Vitalite shredded plant-based mozza, non-gmo soy, onion, garlic, nutritional yeast, cashews, sea salt, herbs and spices.
1 serving. Fully Cooked. Frozen product.
Thaw first, remove the lid and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 350 until hot throughout (approximately 30 mins). You can also heat it in the microwave - transfer to a microwave safe container first!
