Caramelized onions and diced potatoes, in a savoury cream sauce, topped with shredded mozzarella style cheese and gluten-free bread crumbs with Italian herbs.
This makes the perfect side dish! Loved by adults and kids, it's definitely a crowd pleaser. We suggest trying it with our Glazed Lentil Loaf, and then just steam some broccoli or peas for a perfectly balanced meal.
(Truth be told - sometimes we just eat this on it's own because it's so good.)
Notes: Frozen take and bake casserole. Three servings.
From frozen: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake on middle oven rack for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes. (To shorten the cooking time you can thaw the product first)
