Cashew Brothers Ice Cream

500ml tub of locally made, vegan ice cream. Cashew Brothers make this delicious frozen dessert in Bayfield Nova Scotia. It's smooth and creamy, and a little softer than your average ice cream in a tub - more like soft serve! Flavours change regularly, so here's our three current favourites for you: 

Choose your flavour: Vanilla, Strawberry, Peanut Butter Chocolate, or Cappuccino Walnut 

Ingredients:

Vanilla:

cashew base (water, cashews), sugars (glucose, fructose, glucose-fructose, blackstrap molasses), coconut milk, coconut oil, cocoa butter, artificial vanilla extract, guar gum, salt, citric acid. 

Strawberry: 

sugars (invert sugar, glucose syrup), cashew base (water, cashews), coconut milk, strawberries, coconut oil, cocoa butter, guar gum, red food colour, salt, citric acid.

Peanut Butter Chocolate: 

cashew base (water, cashews), sugars (invert sugar, glucose), coconut milk, roasted peanuts, chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, soy lecithin, vanilla), cacao butter, guar gum, salt, citric acid.

Cappuccino Walnut:

Cashew base (water, cashews), sugars (invert sugar, glucose syrup), coconut milk, coconut oil, walnuts, cocoa butter, instant espresso coffee, guar gum, salt, citric acid.
