Strawberries and Cream Cheesecake - PREORDER

Juicy strawberries blended with cashew cream for the perfect flavour and texture, and just the right amount of crunch from the cranberry almond crust. No need to serve this with ice cream, it has everything you need in one slice! A light and creamy dessert - this one isn't overly sweet.

Ingredients: cashews, strawberries, almonds, oats, cranberries, coconut oil, coconut milk, sugar, lemon juice, salt, red food colour. Icing drizzle: icing sugar, vanilla almond milk, vanilla extract.

Notes:

While this cake is lower in sugar compared to mainstream cheesecakes, we do not offer a completely cane sugar-free option for this one. Try one of our other cheesecakes if that is what you are looking for :)

This is a preorder product. All cakes must be ordered at least three days (72 hours) in advance. Please use the note section in your cart to let us know what day you would like your cake to be ready for pick-up or delivery.

Small cakes are 6.5” which works out to be around 8 slices. Large cakes are 9” and about 12 slices. All our cakes must be kept refrigerated, and they will stay fresh for five days. They are also freezer friendly, so you can freeze any leftovers in an airtight container.
