It’s a healthy and lower calorie alternative to traditional mac and cheese. After we mix the organic brown rice and quinoa noodles into the cheese sauce, we top it with our house-made organic cashew parmesan. It’s completely soy, gluten and (as always) dairy-free. Frozen take and bake casserole. Made in-house. Gluten-free. 2-3 servings.
Defrosted (recommended): Thaw overnight in the fridge. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake on middle oven rack for 45 minutes, or until hot throughout.
From frozen: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake on middle oven rack for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until hot throughout.
Microwave: Thaw overnight in the fridge. Transfer the whole casserole or just one portion to a microwave safe container and heat until hot throughout.
