Tofu Ricotta with Herbs
Our Tofu Ricotta is dairy-free and made fresh in-house. This plant-based cheese is made with simple, healthy ingredients. We add lemon and herbs for a delicious, tangy and balanced flavour. Enjoy it with crackers or baguette, in pasta, on wraps, or baked in casseroles like lasagna! We think it's even better than regular dairy ricotta :)
Ingredients: locally made tofu, olive oil, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, fresh garlic, herbs and spices, salt, pepper.
