Our Artisanal Millet Cheese is the perfect addition to your next charcuterie board, or even a fancy grilled cheese sandwich. Created with love by Meredith, our talented kitchen manager, after weeks of testing and perfecting. It's sliceable, and stable enough to hold its shape and flavour when left out on a cheese platter. It is lightly seasoned with herbs and garlic, and it pairs well with just about everything. We are obsessed with this cheese! We suggest trying it with some Hot Pepper Jelly or a Specialty Mustard for your snacking pleasure.
