One fresh round loaf of sourdough bread, baked locally at Stone Hearth Bakery. 

Stone Hearth is a non profit social enterprise. The Bakery provides work based training for people living with mental illness and have barriers to employment. Led by a skilled baker, people have opportunities to perform essential skills in the bakery that will lead to full time employment.

This loaf is whole and not sliced. 

Ingredients: unbleached flour, water, sourdough starter, yeast.
