Product Description

300g package of white quinoa. A powerhouse grain with all nine essential amino acids making it a complete protein source! Enjoy it hot as a side instead of rice, or chilled in salads. 

To prepare:

Use a 1:2 quinoa to water ratio. Rinse the quinoa first, then add the quinoa and water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Cover, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Then remove from heat and keep covered an additional 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
