The ultimate guilt-free comfort food! The base of our cheese sauce is slow-cooked and blended carrots, flavoured with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and spices. It’s a healthy and lower calorie alternative to traditional mac and cheese. After we mix the noodles into the cheese sauce, we top it with our house-made organic cashew parmesan. It’s completely soy, and (as always) dairy-free. Guaranteed to satisfy your craving for something creamy, warm and comforting.
*We now offer two sizes, made with different noodles. The small size is our gluten-free version, which is made with organic quinoa and brown rice noodles. It is one serving. The large size is made with organic whole wheat noodles, and it is 2-3 servings.

Frozen take and bake casserole. Made in-house.
Defrosted (recommended): Thaw overnight in the fridge. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake on middle oven rack for 45 minutes, or until hot throughout.
From frozen: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake on middle oven rack for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until hot throughout.
Microwave: Thaw overnight in the fridge. Transfer the whole casserole or just one portion to a microwave safe container and heat until hot throughout.
