80g package of dairy-free mac and cheese mix, made locally by Honest Kitchen in Dartmouth. We're in love with this product - it's so easy to use, it's delicious and it's healthy!
To prepare: In a saucepan, melt 1-2 tbsp vegan butter on med/low heat. Stir in one package Mac & Cheeze Mix to create a paste and then whisk in 1 cup of your favourite unsweetened non-dairy milk. Heat, while whisking frequently until sauce thickens (about 2 minutes). Stir in 3 cups cooked pasta (or more), and serve!
