Ingredients: organic brown lentils, onion, carrot, celery, red pepper, organic gluten-free oats, organic gluten-free flour (organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca starch, organic chickpea flour, guar gum), organic flax seeds (ground), water, balsamic vinegar, organic maple syrup, organic ketchup, garlic, spices, sea salt.
Reheating Instructions: (from frozen) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and cover with tinfoil. Bake on middle oven rack for 1 hour or until hot throughout.
