Our plant-based version of the traditional beef bourguignon. Similar to a thick, chunky and savoury stew. Loaded with kidney beans for protein, and mushrooms for their meaty texture. Enjoy this on its own, or serve it with mashed potatoes, couscous, or pasta.
Ingredients: Mushrooms, onions, kidney beans, carrots, water, vegetable broth concentrate, tomato paste, gluten-free flour blend, vegan margarine, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
